An annual heating tune-up, including up to 3 hours of free labor and a 15% discount on parts.
$50 in annual Loyalty Credits, up to $500 total.

Annual Tune-Up

A tune-up will be performed once a year during regular working hours. You'll receive a courtesy call from us to schedule this service, which is essential to keep your system running properly. Here are steps we may take during your tune-up, depending on the type of heating system you have:

Clean heating unit, vent pipe, and chimney base
Check thermostat
Adjust burner for maximum efficiency
Clean & adjust electrode and nozzle assembly
Clean pilot assembly
Lubricate motors, bearings, fans, and circulators
Replace oil nozzle and oil filter
Change air filter
Inspect barometric damper, combustion chamber, and heat exchanger
Test and adjust safety and operating controls
Test oil pump operation
Check pressure at gas valve
Check fuel tank and lines
Test and tighten all wiring and connections

Loyalty Credits

You earn $50 per year, up to $500 total, for each consecutive year you remain a service plan customer. You can apply these credits toward the replacement of your furnace, boiler, or oil tank with us. So, your plan isn't just covering you this year; it becomes an investment in your eventual system upgrade.

When you're ready, you can apply your Loyalty Credits for equipment you purchase from us.

Terms and Conditions

Customers must purchase their heating oil or propane in its entirety from Waldo County Oil & Propane.
Customers will have a tune-up annually so we can properly maintain the heating unit and reduce emergency service calls.
Customers can purchase multiple plans if they have more than one heating system in the home.
Complete heating replacement coverage is not included.
